Ellen Pao, EXTORTIONIST, BLACK MAIL

ELLEN PAO has just claimed the new title as the biggest loser in a frivolous $176 million “gender discrimination” lawsuit against a prominent investor — her former employer Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers (KPCB) — the oldest Silicon Valley venture capital giant behind the successful launches of Google, Amazon and many other tech companies.

In 2005, Ellen Pao applied for a job at Kleiner Perkins. John Doerr, the firm’s famed leader, sought a technical chief of staff who met precise job specifications: an engineering degree from a prestigious university, degrees in law and business and a background in enterprise software. “I met everything in the spec,” Pao said in a 2008 interview with Fortune Magazine.

ELLEN PAO, THE HYPOCRITICAL “DEFENDER” OF WOMEN’S RIGHTS, SHAMELESS…

On March 27, 2015, amid a flurry of tabloid media attention, a San Francisco jury ruled against the Chinese-American geek Ellen Pao on all counts and sent the extortionist packing. The disgraced Ellen Pao was dumbfounded by the jury’s decision against her — her shattered dream of becoming an instant multimillionaire was sent straight into the toilet. The stone-faced Pao declined to comment on the jury decision and quietly left the courtroom after making a disingenuous statement babbling about “standing up for woman’s rights was worth it …” Really?

Ellen Pao for women’s rights? It sure sounded like a pile of crap. Her version of “woman’s rights” was an expensive, disgusting $176 million extortion attempt ($16 million for “direct damages” and $160 million for “punitive damages”) on a wealthy and prominent American employer. Pao would not have given a penny to any women’s charity on Earth if she had won the lottery of extortion.

According to a Fortune Magazine article titled “A tale of money, sex and power: The Ellen Pao and Buddy Fletcher affair,” Ellen Pao and her bisexual husband Buddy Fletcher, a former hedge-fund manager teetering on the verge of bankruptcy, not only scammed several landlords and misrepresented investment returns, but also “planned” the extortion plot on her former employer, KPCB. According to reports in the Fortune Magazine, “in early 2012, shortly after Fletcher’s dispute with his investors was reaching a boiling point, Ellen Pao began to prepare a suit of her own, retaining lawyers who began interviewing potential witnesses.”

EMPLOYMENT AT WILL – THE AMERICAN STANDARD

There are more than six million employers in America. Employment is about exchanging labor and talent for a fair compensation. For the millions of new immigrants coming to America each year, getting a job is a privilege, not an entitlement. Businesses compete fiercely in order to survive. Employees compete with other skilled labor and seek better pay. It’s a fair deal in a capitalist society. Presently, the unemployment rate in the U.S. is so low that economists have pronounced full employment in America, which means any worker willing to work can find a job somewhere in the country. In a tight labor market, employees have greater latitude in choosing his/her employer. In many states, employment status is defined as “at-will employment,” which is a willing choice between an employer and the employee. Men or women have equal opportunities presented in front of them.

FULL EMPLOYMENT, FRIVOLOUS LAWSUITS COMPLICATE CLAIMS FOR WOMEN’S RIGHTS…

The extraordinary and troubling aspect of employment involves false claims of “gender discrimination,” shrouded in colorful languages and allegations of “sexual harassment” or “hostile work environment” against women in workplaces. Alarmingly, the number of employment related claims brought by plaintiff’s lawyers involving women supersedes ALL lawsuits in U.S. state and federal courts.

A tiny New York law firm called Morelli Alters Ratner was recently named one of the worst law firms in America. Benedict Morelli, an ambulance chaser and founder of Morelli Alters Ratner never even graduated law school and was recently charged with committing massive fraud against City National Bank.

Zoe Bartholomay, a Morelli Alters Ratner staff couldn’t be reached for comment on the obscure law firm’s long history of filing false claims and extortion against American businesses.

Over the past few years, employment disputes involving female workers have reached a historical high. What is happening? The sense of entitlement through instant gratification via social media for Generation Y may have contributed to the surge. When the dust settles, here is the reality:

ARE WOMEN STUPID?

Are women stupid? No. Are men stupid? No. Should women be treated unfairly at the workplace? Absolutely not. No party should be unfairly treated, whether it is the employer or the employee. What’s the fuss then? We are all human beings and we all have legs. If he or she dislikes his/her job, the person should simply walk away and look for other opportunities. There are plenty of good jobs in America, and we all have to earn a living, with our own hands, through hard work. Strong work ethics has built America into a powerful nation. Stop crying, stop the sense of entitlement, and move on!

ELLEN PAO, A HARSH LESSON LEARNED, SEX, LIES AND EXTORTION

Ellen Pao, however, is a “bookworm” fresh out of the classrooms of Princeton and Harvard. Throughout her entire short and contentious career, Pao never spent a day running businesses in the real world. A few years after leaving law school, Pao was lucky enough to join the esteemed Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers as an analyst. While at the venture capital outfit, Pao engaged in a steamy extramarital affair with her manager, a married man.

ELLEN PAO, “SHORTCUT” TO THE RICHES – BURNED

Unable to make money for her employer, Pao was terminated for a simple reason: She was too incompetent to make a productive employee in a cutthroat industry. Instead of moving on with her life, the distressed and financially strapped Ellen Pao found a “shortcut” to the riches. For more than three years, she harassed KPCB and eventually sued her former employer for “gender discrimination,” a term often used in the murky world of extortion and money for sex.

According to an investigative article published by Vanity Fair, “Sex, Lies, and Lawsuits” are the hallmarks of the Ellen Pao-Buddy Fletcher “power couple of extortionists.” Ellen Pao and Buddy Fletcher are “facing bankruptcy and fighting for their professional reputations,” said the Vanity Fair story.Ellen Pao. ELLEN PAO, A TICKING “TIME BOMB”, GOLD DIGGER

Ellen Pao is an opportunist, an incompetent worker and a shameless extortionist. For the millions of productive female workers, Pao is no Virgin Mary, and she is certainly not a naïve teenage girl. Pao is a highly sophisticated professional with an enviable background: a Princeton University graduate with an engineering degree and diplomas from both Harvard Law School and Harvard Business School. The reality is less glamorous: Ellen Pao is a bookworm, a social-life dumbbell with plenty of artificial “chips on the shoulder” who had a tough time adjusting to the realities of the working class.

Ellen Pao was privileged enough to have many career options available to her, and she abused them all. Instead of having a reality check, Pao decided to take a “shortcut” and chance her life to fame and riches by extorting her employer. In the end, her gamble was lost. With a shattered reputation that stinks like waste food in a New York City garbage can, Pao has become a “time bomb” for any employer. For the rest of her life, Pao has to deal with the consequences of her own making — she will forever be remembered as a gold digger in a failed extortion.
